All information that is passed through our site is secure and encrypted. After your purchase is complete, your credit card information is NOT kept in our database or stored on this website in any manner. Your privacy is important to us. If you feel that your privacy has been violated in any way, please contact us immediately


COLOR DISCLAIMER
Due to many variable factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors appear on your computer screen will exactly match our product colors. Because our window treatments are all custom made and cannot be returned, please request free samples prior to ordering. Otherwise, our Satisfaction Guarantee in color related issue is not applied. Refunds and/or exchanges may be offered only if your products have colors significantly vary from our sample colors.

This warranty does NOT COVER the following :
There are natural variances in the wood’s color and the way the wood grain accepts the color. It’s impossible to assure an exact color with stained real wood blinds, including other types of natural wood window treatments such as arch, eyebrow, shutters or natural wood shades.  Therefore, if you are ordering a particular type of stained or painted real wood window treatment such as 2" Elegant Wood Blinds, it is best to order all of those blinds at the same time so your product ordered are manufactured from the same dye lot. We will only guarantee a color match for a particular type of window treatment that are purchased together on the same order.


MEASURING DISCLAIMER
All of our window treatments are custom made upon the specifications you provide us.  We guarantee they will perfectly fit your window if you follow our measuring instructions. When manufacturing your blinds, shades, shutters, arches, or eyebrow,  if we make a mistake, we will replace them or repair them at no cost to you. If, however, you make a mistake measuring or entering your measurements into our website, we will remake them for you at a discounted price. Therefore, please follow these measuring instructions carefully and double check the measurements you enter.


FREIGHT DAMAGE / MISSING PRODUCT
Upon receipt of your order, please immediately open and inspect thoroughly for any manufacturing defects, shipping damage and/or missing product. If product has been missing, damaged, or defective, do not discard boxes and please contact us immediately! You MUST NOTE any immediately observed damage ON THE FREIGHT BILL before you sign accepting any shipment. All remakes must be made according to the specifications given at the time of the original order. No exceptions! All freight claims must be reported in writing to LowestPriceBlinds.com Customer Service within 7 days of the original delivery date! Otherwise, the product will be replaced or corrected at your expense. Refunds are not offered as a remedy to damaged, defective and/ or missing products.
 

RETURNS FOR REPAIR/ REFUND
If the product requires replacement, you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. The RGA number must be clearly marked outside the box(s). We will not accept any return product without Return Authorization Number (RGA). Therefore, DO not return any item(s) without an RGA number. It is a customer’s responsibility to return products in good condition within 30 days of when you receive them.

If the customer provides us an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address due to the customer's mistake, the customer is responsible for postage to re-ship the product. LOWEST PRICE BLINDS is not responsible for mistakes made by the shipping company. All chargeback for unauthorized repairs or additional installation cannot be honored. Return shipping charges for non-warranty replacement and repairs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Our window blinds, arch, eyebrow, shutter, and shades are custom-made to your specifications and requirements and, therefore, refunds are not offered as a remedy to damaged or defective products. What we will do, is repair or replace any damaged or defective product(s) to ensure that the product looks and works as represented on our website.
Our instructions must be followed regarding measuring, installation, and the color disclaimer policy. Our products are custom-made to order based upon the measurements and specifications that you provide to us. Therefore,  products cannot be returned due to measuring errors or inaccuracies.
 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Since our window treatments are custom made, they are not suitable for resale.  Regularly production begins the day that the order is placed to ensure you that we keep our promise have your product(s) to be delivered soonest.  Therefore, please check your product specifications before finalize your order. We will try our best to assist you with any change to your order.
Changes or cancellations may be made within the first 24 hours from the time the order was placed as long as the items you order have not gone into the production.

If the production has already begun, but your items have not been shipped out, all cancellations and changes effected during this 24 hour period will be subject to a manufacturer’s 10% restocking charge.

Under no circumstance, LOWEST PRICE BLINDS will not accept any change and/or cancellation if;

a) the change and/or cancellation occur at any time beyond this 24 hour period.
b) your order has been shipped out from our manufacturer

Please review your Order Confirmation Email immediately after you place your order if there is any error.

All changes and cancellations must be done through email. Within 24 hours, you should receive our email to confirm on your change(s) or cancellation(s). If not, please call us.

No changes/cancellations allowed on Rush Delivery Orders.
 
SHIPPING
UPS Ground Shipping is free for all horizontal blinds under approximately 84" being shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders 84" inches and over will be shipped by Common Carrier and may incur $75 oversize shipping fee.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
We DO NOT ship to overseas addresses, PO, APO, or FPO boxes. For addresses in Alaska or Hawaii, please email for shipping charges.

DELIVERY TIME LINE
Our quick-ship program, Blinds Ready in 2 Days, is available for all of our Express Blinds Products only which includes;

• 2" Express Faux Wood Blinds
• 2.5" Express Faux Wood Blinds
• 2" Express Wood Blinds

After placing orders, your Express Blinds will be ready to be shipped out within 2  business days.
To qualify, the order must be made by 10.00 a.m.at central time.   

The production time for all other types of window blinds and window shades will be approximately within 5-10 business days.

For our window shutters, arch, and eyebrow, please allow 2 to 10 weeks for your order to arrive. The lead time depends on type, sizes, and quantity of the orders.   Please email us at customerservice@lowestpriceblinds.com for more detail.

The estimated ground shipping time from our manufacturer facility to your door is typically 3-7 business days.

The production schedules may change without notice. Therefore delivery time is an estimate, and our window blinds and window treatments may not be available on the date estimated.  Production will be delayed on holidays due to factory closure (July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)
 

DISCOUNTS/ COUPON CODE/ AND PROMOTIONS
Discounts, coupon codes and promotions are final at the time of sale. Discounts may not be adjusted after final sale is made. Only one coupon code may use per order.
